Description

  • Own end-to-end client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
  • Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders as the primary project leader.
  • Act as the main CareHarmony contact for executive, clinical, physician, and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage EHR integrations, including requirements, dependencies, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
  • Lead training sessions and drive physician adoption, engagement, and organizational rollout.
  • Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution.
  • Develop scalable implementation processes and best practices as the company grows.
  • Partner with leadership to improve implementation speed, quality, and client experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, implementation, project management, and/or startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing EHR/EMR integrations.
  • Experience in population health, value-based care, or care management preferred.
  • Strong ownership and bias toward action when identifying and resolving problems.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite executives and external clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
