Description

  • Manage key relationships with current retailer clients and define what success looks like for their programs.
  • Create and maintain joint success plans that align clients to a roadmap for achieving their goals.
  • Support client platform utilization and drive product listing success through training and enablement.
  • Monitor feature adoption and usage across your book of business and advise on best practices.
  • Recommend ways to expand participation across global marketplaces to help drive GMV.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Managed Services, Support, and Implementation to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Follow standard procedures and collaborate with team members to resolve routine client issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client success or account management experience in a SaaS environment with strategic account planning and client roadmap development.
  • Prior experience working in SaaS or technology; experience supporting brands, retailers, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as chat-based assistants, summarization tools, and reporting copilots in daily work.
  • Experience using a major CRM tool, with Salesforce or Gainsight preferred.
  • Ability to interpret reports and compare analytics; experience with Looker and PowerBI preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working across functions and levels, including executives and technical teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Strong curiosity and initiative, with the ability to independently problem-solve, learn quickly, and work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, high-quality work, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Highly collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Retail industry and/or supply chain experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of eCommerce platform experience preferred.
  • Dropship or marketplace experience preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel required.

Benefits

  • Expected base pay range of $60,000-$93,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary.
