Description

  • Manage key relationships with current retailer clients and define what success looks like for their programs.
  • Create and maintain joint success plans and roadmaps to keep clients engaged and on track toward their goals.
  • Assess client usage of the platform and drive product listing success through training and enablement.
  • Monitor feature adoption and usage across your book of business and recommend best practices for new features and capabilities.
  • Provide recommendations that help drive Gross Merchandise Value by expanding clients’ use of global marketplaces.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Managed Services, Support, and Implementation teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
  • Support routine client issues by following standard procedures and collaborating with team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client success or account management experience in a SaaS environment with a focus on strategic account planning and client roadmap development.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or technology; experience supporting brands, retailers, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as chat-based assistants, summarization tools, and reporting copilots in daily work.
  • Experience using a major CRM tool, with Salesforce or Gainsight preferred.
  • Ability to interpret reports and compare analytics; experience with Looker and PowerBI preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all roles and levels, including executives, peers, and junior staff.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Strong curiosity and initiative, with the ability to independently problem-solve, learn quickly, and work autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality work, and a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Highly collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with energy, confidence, enthusiasm, and a team-player attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Retail industry and/or supply chain experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of eCommerce platform experience preferred.
  • Dropship or marketplace experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

  • Base salary range of $60,000 to $93,000 per year.
  • 10% discretionary bonus for non-sales roles.
