Description

  • Serve as the primary partner and trusted advisor for clients after implementation.
  • Help clients understand the platform’s capabilities and how to use it effectively for their business needs.
  • Accelerate new user adoption through functional and conceptual training.
  • Provide ongoing education on new features and products to increase product value and confidence.
  • Maintain continuous client engagement to drive adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Identify churn risks early and create action plans to reduce customer loss.
  • Develop engagement, adoption, and success plans using data and client feedback.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally and share feedback to support product and business improvement.
  • Apply a solution-oriented approach to client needs and escalate issues quickly.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management.
  • Experience promoting SaaS solutions in a client success role.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and web-based tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Property management industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver messaging to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
