Description

  • Develop and execute EMEA content marketing strategies aligned to business objectives, product launches, demand generation priorities, and regional growth goals.
  • Create content frameworks that support awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, customer expansion, and thought leadership.
  • Identify industry trends, buyer challenges, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform content priorities and messaging.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success to support go-to-market strategies and corporate narratives.
  • Plan, create, edit, and publish content across blogs, articles, reports, case studies, webinars, video scripts, sales materials, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Translate complex industry topics, product capabilities, and customer success stories into compelling, accessible content.
  • Build relationships with EMEA sales leadership and account teams to gather buyer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Participate in sales calls, pipeline reviews, win/loss discussions, and customer conversations to inform content development.
  • Develop sales enablement content that supports prospecting, opportunity advancement, and customer expansion.
  • Own content performance optimization through SEO, GEO, AEO, analytics, experimentation, and buyer-journey measurement.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation, research, drafting, repurposing, and workflow efficiency while maintaining editorial quality and brand integrity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B content marketing experience, including experience in SaaS, eCommerce, retail technology, or related technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing content strategies that support brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales processes, and revenue marketing principles.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools in content creation, research, optimization, and distribution workflows.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, AEO, content discoverability, and digital content performance best practices.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and content performance platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
  • Preferred: 10+ years of B2B content marketing experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience marketing to enterprise brands, retailers, eCommerce organizations, or digital commerce leaders across EMEA.
  • Preferred: Experience developing executive thought leadership and strategic narrative frameworks.
  • Preferred: Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar marketing technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience contributing to AI visibility, structured content, answer engine optimization, or emerging AI search strategies.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting international or multi-region go-to-market organizations.
  • Travel required: up to 10%.
