Description

  • Oversee the execution of evaluation projects by coordinating internal teams and external consultants.
  • Provide technical guidance on research design and analytical methods to ensure studies are methodologically sound.
  • Facilitate communication with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders through regular updates and coordination.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, adjusting scope, schedules, and resources to keep work on time and within budget.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and quality control across data collection, analysis, reporting, and deliverables.
  • Guide and participate in data collection and analysis using appropriate statistical methods to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenditures against financial constraints.
  • Ensure evaluation activities comply with regulations, ethical standards, contractual requirements, and company policies.
  • Oversee documentation, reports, technical sections, and proposal contributions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Supervise team members by managing assignments, timekeeping, performance, training, and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, science, or a program evaluation field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 2 years of project management experience.
  • Technical experience with qualitative and quantitative software packages.
  • Experience with large data sets, quantitative methods, and multivariate statistical analysis.
  • Project and people management skills in budgeting, resourcing, planning, tasking, and risk management.
  • Ability to communicate results simply and effectively.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Master's or doctoral degree may substitute for years of experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with bibliometrics or portfolio analysis preferred.
  • Experience with survey design preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience preparing OMB and IRB clearance packages preferred.
  • Intermediate experience with AI tools, including their limitations and risks, for project management support preferred.
