Description

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, marketing strategy, and growth goals.
  • Own the health and success of the client portfolio by driving engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead communications between clients and consultants through structured outreach and regular check-ins.
  • Monitor consultant utilization and engagement effectiveness, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Advocate for clients internally by surfacing feedback and influencing product and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to identify and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Navigate and resolve difficult client situations quickly and constructively while preserving relationships.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing, consulting, client services, or account management.
  • Experience in fast-moving services environments such as agencies, consulting firms, or tech companies.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving client success across a range of clients.
  • Growth marketing experience in channels such as performance marketing or CRM/lifecycle.
  • Highly organized operator with the ability to manage multiple engagements and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to navigate challenging situations thoughtfully and proactively.
  • Fluency with AI and the ability to identify and implement points of leverage.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
