Description

  • Create and execute recruitment plans for assigned studies and locations.
  • Lead site-level teams in achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Implement multichannel recruitment strategies through community partnerships, physician referrals, and patient databases.
  • Oversee the patient experience from initial contact through screening and enrollment.
  • Develop referral relationships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics and take corrective action to address underperformance.
  • Manage prescreening, patient routing, study prioritization, and database growth.
  • Lead recruitment call center, quality, training, strategy, and remarketing managers.
  • Develop coaching, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Improve processes and systems in partnership with corporate and site support teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, sponsor communications, and sponsor-funded recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate CRM and CTMS documentation and compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; business degree preferred.
  • 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of at least five representatives.
  • Proven success leading teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals.
  • Two to three additional years of patient enrollment representative experience preferred.
  • Call center leadership experience supporting multiple therapeutic areas preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing individual and team KPIs.
  • Ability to develop and execute study-specific recruitment strategies using data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced coaching, emotional intelligence, and persona-based messaging skills.
  • Proficiency with call center systems, phone platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Healthcare sales or call center management training and relevant therapeutic area experience preferred.
