Description

  • Review campaign performance and build testing roadmaps based on data insights.
  • Develop hooks, scripts, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs for visual creators.
  • Review UGC, video, static, and carousel assets and provide performance-focused feedback.
  • Collaborate directly with clients through monthly strategy calls, content menus, shoot guidance, and narrative direction.
  • Work cross-functionally with media buyers and growth strategists to drive rapid iteration.
  • Apply and evolve the strategic frameworks and playbooks used by the team.
  • Translate campaign performance into the next round of tests and recommendations.
  • Provide clear creative direction to founders and clients.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Paid Social.
  • Experience working with eCommerce or CPG brands, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative, including awareness levels and market sophistication.
  • Ability to write strong hooks, angles, scripts, and ad copy.
  • Confident written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Agency experience, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, UGC, or direct-response funnel strategy is a plus.
  • Ability to think in hypotheses and make data-informed creative decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, bring clarity to ambiguous briefs, and move quickly.
  • Availability for a July or August 2026 start date.
  • Location in or overlap with United States or Canada time zones is preferred.
