Description

  • Lead marketing and distribution strategy, analytics, and planning across four distribution channels.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into multi-year strategies, forecasts, targets, investment decisions, and performance roadmaps.
  • Establish KPIs and analyze the distribution funnel to improve productivity, conversion, growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Own lead analytics from generation through retention and drive corrective actions for volume, quality, capacity, and execution gaps.
  • Partner with Marketing and channel leaders to increase qualified leads, improve conversion, and optimize spending.
  • Develop agent growth and market opportunity models to guide recruiting, expansion, territory coverage, investment, and capacity decisions.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, self-service tools, and other decision-support capabilities.
  • Deliver scenarios, insights, and executive narratives explaining opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Monitor customer, competitor, economic, technology, and distribution trends and assess strategic implications.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through implementation and adoption while developing a team of approximately four strategy and analytics professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, planning, consulting, finance, distribution, or a related leadership field.
  • Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
  • Significant experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience owning enterprise or multi-channel strategy, analytics, and planning initiatives.
  • Expertise in sales-funnel analytics, including lead generation, routing, productivity, conversion, retention, and investment effectiveness.
  • Experience with agent, call center, partnership, and digital or direct distribution models.
  • Advanced quantitative and financial skills, including modeling, forecasting, dashboards, visualization, and decision-tool design.
  • Executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through sustained operating adoption.

Benefits

  • Remote position with periodic travel for agent and partner engagement.
  • Base salary range of $124,200–$175,800.
  • Eligible for a target annual incentive of 20% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
