Description

  • Lead technical cybersecurity programs from scoping through delivery for Rhymetec customers.
  • Manage a small team of Security Analysts and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Build and improve client information security programs through gap assessments, risk assessments, and strategy development.
  • Manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, and other external audits, including providing evidence to CPAs and QSAs.
  • Lead project management efforts by creating tasks, milestones, and delivery plans to meet customer objectives.
  • Monitor team execution, enforce SLAs, and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Track project progress and performance, analyze results, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support customer retention by ensuring security and compliance objectives are achieved on schedule.
  • Travel up to 2 weeks per year as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity and GRC.
  • 2+ years of program management experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience managing waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and gain consensus without direct authority.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and modern cloud systems.
  • Project management skills.
  • People management and delegation skills.
  • CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
