Description

  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients and identify business opportunities.
  • Understand client hiring needs, company culture, market conditions, and recruitment requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through successful placement.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build candidate pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and provide process feedback.
  • Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers, concerns, and hiring-process challenges.
  • Complete documentation and onboarding requirements and maintain post-placement relationships.
  • Keep ATS/CRM records accurate and track vacancies, pipelines, interviews, offers, and placements.
  • Meet recruitment and placement targets and provide regular activity reports.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a 360 Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing and client relationship management.
  • Strong sourcing experience across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong business development, relationship-building, negotiation, and offer-management abilities.
  • Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities independently.
  • Experience using an ATS and/or CRM system.
  • Availability to work US hours, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST, from South Africa.
