Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, and Registered Dietitians, while supporting Maternity Navigator and Registered Nurse hiring.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, community networks, and healthcare training organizations.
  • Conduct initial video interviews in English and Spanish and coordinate candidate interviews and logistics.
  • Build partnerships with training programs, community health organizations, and professional associations.
  • Represent Nadia Care at job fairs, campus events, community expos, and networking functions, including evening and weekend events.
  • Manage job postings across specialized health boards, university portals, and community platforms.
  • Maintain candidate records, communication logs, and pipeline reporting in Greenhouse.
  • Conduct finalist reference checks and support People Operations and company culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, or field account management.
  • Experience with healthcare, clinical recruitment, or specialized contractor sourcing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with state credentialing platforms such as TN Health and Nursys is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely with regular travel for field events, job fairs, and outreach.
  • Experience developing external partnerships and managing multi-channel job postings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and represent the brand effectively.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to solve operational gaps in a fast-changing environment.
  • Greenhouse, Calendly, and G Suite experience is preferred.
  • Must be based in Nashville, Memphis, Baltimore, or D.C., with travel at least twice weekly and availability for evening and weekend events.

  • $70,000–$80,000 annual salary for this full-time exempt role.
