Description

  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and records in Salesforce.
  • Source, engage, and consistently follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates, facilities, and stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
  • Complete candidate reference checks accurately and professionally.
  • Monitor candidate progress, identify outstanding actions or delays, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Work toward established recruitment activity, sourcing, and interview targets.
  • Attend weekly facility recruitment calls and regular team meetings.
  • Provide updates on candidate pipelines, progress, and recruitment activity.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
  • Perform general recruitment administration and support as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, recruitment, or candidate database systems.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up, organisation, and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort working toward recruitment activity, sourcing, and interview targets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
  • Reliable, responsive, accountable, and comfortable with regular performance monitoring.
  • Resilience and effectiveness in a fast-paced, structured, high-volume environment.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote work.
  • US working hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.
  • Salary paid in South African Rand (ZAR).
