Description

  • Advise Sales and Revenue Operations leaders across North America and EMEA on workforce planning and talent strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for business development, account executive, sales leadership, and revenue operations roles globally.
  • Use recruiting analytics to monitor searches, identify process friction, and implement scalable improvements.
  • Apply approved automation and AI tools while ensuring human oversight, fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Develop global talent pipelines through advanced sourcing, market intelligence, and proactive candidate engagement.
  • Recommend sourcing methods and workflows that improve hiring quality and efficiency, and share best practices across recruiting teams.
  • Implement inclusive sourcing strategies and partner with DEI programs to support equitable hiring worldwide.
  • Advise hiring leaders on compensation, currency considerations, local markets, incentives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver a culturally attuned, high-touch candidate experience across regions.
  • Influence workforce planning, hiring decisions, and growth strategies for revenue-critical roles.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success recruiting global sales and revenue-critical roles in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Expertise using recruiting analytics, automation, and responsible AI to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Advanced sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and collaborating across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, quotas, incentive programs, and compensation structures.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring practices.

Benefits

  • U.S. base salary of $70,000–$95,000 or Canada base salary of CA$60,000–CA$100,000; ranges outside these countries reviewed during interviews.
