Description

  • Conduct interviews and screening sessions to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit.
  • Build and maintain a qualified talent pool across multiple roles and specializations.
  • Review resumes, assessments, and work samples against hiring criteria.
  • Prepare qualified candidates for endorsement to client-facing recruitment teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Partners to sustain candidate flow.
  • Monitor candidate quality and performance trends to improve screening standards.
  • Meet defined SLAs and hiring timelines.
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and talent quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience conducting candidate interviews, screenings, and assessments.
  • Experience hiring virtual assistants or working for a virtual-assistant staffing agency (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or a related field.
  • Experience using at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage large candidate pools while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and assessing candidates through online and social media platforms (preferred).
  • Proficiency with virtual meeting tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, resilient, and effective in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or similar tools (preferred).
