Description

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across multiple time zones.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process, including confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and update recruiting systems as needed.
  • Run targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Screen candidates against job requirements and prepare summarized shortlists for recruiter review.
  • Audit job listings across internal and external job boards for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Support talent pipeline maintenance, candidate nurture sequences, and pre-employment documentation such as offer letters and background check initiations.
  • Assist with recruiting reporting and analytics, including time-to-schedule, fill metrics, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Attend career fairs, campus events, and networking activities as needed under recruiter guidance.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions while maintaining department performance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms such as Noon or HireEZ is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP is preferred.
  • Candidate sourcing experience across a variety of roles is preferred.
  • Understanding of employment law basics and EEO compliance is preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS and/or scheduling tools such as Calendly or GoodTime.
  • Excellent skills with Google or Microsoft Office suites, including Excel or Google Sheets, and AI tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities with urgency and responsiveness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools and technologies.
  • Systems-savvy and able to serve as a TA Systems Administrator.
  • Located in Eastern Europe and willing to operate in a PST time zone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Benefits

  • Remote work from Eastern Europe.
  • Compensation up to $2,200 per month.
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 9 AM–5 PM PST.
