Description

  • Manage recruitment processes from candidate sourcing and screening through shortlist.
  • Conduct professional, structured candidate interviews.
  • Assess communication, personality, motivation, professionalism, reliability, accountability, and role suitability.
  • Make independent recommendations on whether candidates should progress.
  • Identify concerns, inconsistencies, and red flags during recruitment.
  • Build trusted candidate relationships and provide a professional candidate experience.
  • Communicate candidate strengths, concerns, and suitability to hiring stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and strict confidentiality.
  • Manage multiple vacancies and candidates while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and Talent Delivery team and improve process quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent judgment calls when evaluating candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Ability to assess personality, behavioral fit, cultural fit, motivation, and attitude.
  • Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling candidate and client information.
  • Ability to build trust with candidates and clients and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote work.
  • US working hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.
  • Salary of R26,500–R30,000.
