Description

  • Support technical pre-sales activities across the Spectra Detect, Intelligence, Analyze, and Assure product areas.
  • Deliver standard and semi-custom product demonstrations to security, AppSec, DevSecOps, and SOC teams.
  • Assist with technical discovery to understand customer use cases, requirements, and security challenges.
  • Participate in Proof-of-Value engagements by configuring workflows, validating datasets, and tracking success criteria.
  • Join customer syncs and help present technical findings, readouts, and recommendations.
  • Explain malware behaviors, threat indicators, and analysis outcomes to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal efforts with technical validation.
  • Collaborate with Senior Solution Consultants, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to demo content, internal documentation, competitive materials, and repeatable solution assets.
  • Provide product feedback and help mentor or onboard junior team members.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, threat detection, DevSecOps, or technical pre-sales.
  • Foundational knowledge of malware analysis concepts, threat intelligence and enrichment, detection and investigation workflows, or software supply chain security/application security fundamentals.
  • Ability to learn, demonstrate, and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong communication skills with technical audiences.
  • Interest in customer-facing technical roles and consultative problem-solving.
  • Exposure to malware analysis tools, sandboxing, or classification systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SBOMs, CI/CD security, or dependency risk is preferred.
  • Basic scripting or API experience, preferably Python, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting security tools in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Desire to grow into a senior customer-facing technical role is preferred.
