Description

  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to prospective and existing customers and educate them on ReversingLabs products and services.
  • Generate high-quality meetings for assigned territory using targeted messaging and proven sales techniques.
  • Follow up on, nurture, and qualify inbound web, call, and email inquiries.
  • Support marketing campaigns by driving attendance to webinars, field seminars, and trade shows, and by following up with invitations, registrants, attendees, and prospects.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage pipeline activity and document customer calls, emails, and opportunities in Salesforce.com according to sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed call volume targets and monthly sales quota.
  • Build product, service, and competitor knowledge to support solution selling.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer account management.
  • Experience building sales pipeline and supporting demand generation programs.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals or quota.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting a partner or channel sales model is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Experience in IT sales, SaaS, and cybersecurity is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone, presentation, written, and listening skills.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
