Description

  • Strategically plan to meet or exceed sales quota.
  • Prospect for new logo business and grow the existing install base of Fortune 500 clients.
  • Manage and build relationships with key decision-makers in information security and technology departments.
  • Develop a healthy opportunity pipeline and grow territory revenue.
  • Upsell existing install base clients.
  • Work with partner organizations to drive direct and indirect sales.
  • Build relationships with channel representatives to improve deal flow.
  • Manage indirect deals in coordination with the partner team.
  • Maintain sustained prospecting activity by structuring the day and week efficiently.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, sales operations, sales enablement, marketing, and legal to advance opportunities to forecasted close dates.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of overall experience.
  • SOAR and SIEM background is required.
  • Prior experience selling Security Orchestration platform and SIEM solutions into the SOC.
  • Prior startup experience is required.
  • Enterprise selling experience with enterprise-level logos in the specified territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales opportunities from prospect to closure.
  • Experience forecasting and managing information in Salesforce.com.
  • Extensive contacts in the information security field.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization.
  • 5+ years of successful experience selling in the security software industry.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30%.
