Description

  • Manage a personal pipeline of leads from sourcing through closing.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for funnel management and closed deals.
  • Plan and track personal sales activities independently to ensure pipeline stability.
  • Improve acquisition processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product development to support competitive market positioning.
  • Cultivate relationships with property owners and other investment contacts to drive company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferred, or equivalent B2C sales experience.
  • Natural sales ability with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Experience negotiating transactions from first call or cold outreach through closing.
  • Familiarity with the real estate transaction closing process is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts such as IRR and NPV is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecommunications, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver results and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in-country without visa sponsorship.
