Description

  • Design and create custom instructional videos, including animations and motion graphics, that transform complex product concepts into clear learning experiences.
  • Develop, package, and deliver SCORM-compliant curriculum and media for LMS distribution.
  • Author scripts, narration, and on-screen text that align with defined instructional objectives.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards that align instructional intent with video production.
  • Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects by determining level of effort (LOE), setting timelines, and sequencing deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Organize and manage project assets—intake, catalog, maintain footage and production libraries to ensure version control and efficient reuse.
  • Maintain visibility into assigned deliverables by updating project milestones, task progress, and PSA records for team alignment and reporting.
  • Manage established AI-assisted workflows to streamline production and improve quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editors, instructional designers, and project leads to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or instructional media creation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), Camtasia, and animation tools such as Blender.
  • Demonstrated ability to create original instructional scripts, media assets, and visual narratives that support defined learning objectives.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant packaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to leverage large language models (LLMs), custom GPTs, or AI workflows to enhance instructional and production efficiency.
  • Preferred: experience within SaaS, restaurant, or technology education contexts.
  • Preferred: background in instructional design or learning and development, and experience mentoring peers in storytelling, visual design, or production processes.
