Description

  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D video creatives for mobile game advertising.
  • Own the full production of engaging, polished motion assets that capture player attention.
  • Deliver strong visual storytelling through composition, color, animation, and staging.
  • Work across a production stack that includes After Effects, Blender, and Unity.
  • Collaborate closely with creative developers and other motion designers on creative production.
  • Use AI and new technologies to improve production speed while maintaining creative control.
  • Contribute ideas, propose concepts, and help push creative quality and innovation.
  • Adapt to technical workflows and help scale creative capabilities for a live game title.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in mobile games.
  • Strong hands-on experience creating 2D and 3D motion design for high-performing mobile game video ads.
  • Experience in mobile gaming or ad creative production environments with strong creative output.
  • Proficiency with After Effects and Blender, and comfort working in Unity.
  • Strong visual eye and animation fundamentals, including composition, color theory, motion quality, and the Disney 12 principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited feedback and make smart decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong understanding of modern production workflows and how to balance speed and quality.
  • Proactive mindset, strong team spirit, and comfort working in test-and-learn environments.
  • Bonus: experience using AI tools for image, video, or workflow optimization.
  • Bonus: creative ideation experience, including proposing ideas and challenging briefs constructively.
  • Bonus: hand drawing skills such as storyboards, sketches, or illustration.
