Description

  • Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and branded content.
  • Develop explainer videos, product demonstrations, social campaigns, reels, and digital advertising assets from storyboards and creative concepts.
  • Design transitions, visual effects, and animated sequences aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Edit motion-based video content in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Integrate footage, graphics, music, voiceovers, sound effects, and other visual assets into polished deliverables.
  • Produce and optimize short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, marketers, and creative leads on campaign concepts and execution.
  • Export platform-ready assets in multiple aspect ratios and maintain organized, reusable project files, templates, plugins, and animation libraries.
  • Use performance insights to improve engagement, watch time, click-through rate, creative quality, and production workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design.
  • A strong portfolio featuring motion graphics, animation, branded content, or advertising work.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of motion design principles, timing, pacing, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating motion content for marketing campaigns, digital advertising, or social media.
  • Familiarity with digital platform specifications and content optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organization, project management, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and revision cycles in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D animation tools (preferred).
  • Experience with sound design, paid advertising creative, and marketing metrics such as CTR, engagement, and watch time (preferred).
