Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community-based organizations and program partners.
  • Support outreach, partner engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Represent the utility and program at community events, outreach activities, and partner meetings.
  • Collect, review, and maintain program data, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project activities, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using database and project tracking tools.
  • Review partner activities and documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Identify issues, escalate concerns, recommend solutions, and communicate schedule or project conflicts.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data, process, and documentation issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency, or working with community-based organizations.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization to deliver on commitments and meet objectives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams, plus Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to regularly travel throughout Illinois.
  • Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful impact on the environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, the public, and internal employees (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills (preferred).
  • Strong self-motivation and follow-through skills (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $60,000 to $65,000.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
