Description

  • Review RFP requirements and manage pricing activities, timelines, and approvals throughout the proposal process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to understand cost components and collect, validate, and consolidate pricing inputs.
  • Develop pricing models and strategies using historical benchmarks, industry standards, sales trends, competitor intelligence, market factors, and client feedback.
  • Prepare proposal documentation, internal records, and opportunity-related finance data in Salesforce.
  • Present pricing models and financial analyses to executives and leadership for approval.
  • Incorporate insights into pricing models to improve margins, deal capture, and win rates while aligning with revenue goals.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to support evolving client solutions.
  • Implement pricing best practices and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Establish delivery deadlines and ensure complete, accurate inputs before proposal submission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, energy, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business consulting, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and BI/BA tools.
  • Financial and analytical acumen, including experience maintaining pricing tools and templates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, curious, proactive, and engaged working style.
  • Operations analysis or business consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience developing pricing templates or tools, models, and scenarios preferred.
  • Financial analysis or corporate finance experience preferred.
  • Experience presenting to senior team members and working directly with clients preferred.

  • Base salary of $60,000–$80,000, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
