Description

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual working-capital and cash-flow reporting.
  • Develop investor-relations routines and assist with quarterly board materials.
  • Build financial models for working capital, cash flow, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
  • Own and implement the finance and accounting AI roadmap.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to analyze pricing, costs, spending, and business performance.
  • Support quarterly reforecasting and prepare presentation materials for business leaders.
  • Create monthly business-unit reporting packages and participate in business reviews.
  • Provide budget and forecast variance analysis, ad hoc financial analysis, and management reporting.
  • Partner with divisional and corporate leadership to support operational and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Experience with cash-flow and working-capital planning and analysis in a corporate FP&A environment.
  • Consumer packaged goods experience preferred; manufacturing finance experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance-analysis, and financial-modeling skills.
  • Understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Experience with financial reporting systems and methodologies.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or another accounting, ERP, or FP&A planning system.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex financial topics to non-finance teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce high-quality work, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in the Midwest.
