Description

  • Design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
  • Lead open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education programs.
  • Manage benefit broker and vendor relationships, including contracts and cost-effective delivery of benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and COBRA.
  • Enhance and optimize benefits systems and support a large-scale Workday HRIS implementation.
  • Oversee benefits billing and reconciliation to ensure coverage and payment accuracy.
  • Serve as a primary resource for employee benefits questions and provide clear guidance to team members.
  • Guide employees and managers through company-sponsored and regulatory leaves, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific programs.
  • Track leaves, support return-to-work planning, and partner with Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments.
  • Support HRIS and benefits system enhancements, reporting improvements, and Total Rewards projects such as compensation and benchmarking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/benefits administration systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Experience managing benefit or leave brokers and vendors, including negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly.
  • Preferred: strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
  • Preferred: ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferred: strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Preferred: employee-focused, collaborative mindset.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $82,000 to $130,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
