Description

  • Develop, maintain, and update job grading frameworks and salary ranges in line with market trends and internal strategy.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking using external survey data to assess compensation competitiveness.
  • Analyze gaps between internal pay and market benchmarks and recommend salary adjustments based on data.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including data preparation, validation, and budget alignment.
  • Perform job evaluations using established methodologies and ensure consistency with job descriptions and competency frameworks.
  • Ensure internal pay equity and compliance with labor laws, regulations, and compensation governance standards.
  • Manage bonus and incentive programs, including calculations, validations, approvals, and payout timing.
  • Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights to support leadership and HR decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in a global FinTech, tech, or high-growth environment.
  • Strong experience with global salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation data analysis across multiple regions.
  • Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and in developing global job grading and salary structures.
  • Hands-on experience managing annual salary review cycles and global compensation budgeting processes.
  • Solid knowledge of pay equity principles, labor law compliance, and governance in a multinational context.
  • Experience designing and managing bonus and incentive programs aligned with performance and business outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency and experience using HRIS and compensation reporting tools.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders in a global organization.
