Description

  • Implement energy efficiency programs through data management, reporting, cross-team collaboration, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting support.
  • Engage directly with contractors to support program participation.
  • Deliver energy efficiency programs to utility clients in accordance with contract terms and program budgets.
  • Track, quantify, and ensure timely submission of program deliverables.
  • Assess project progress against goals and develop solutions to emerging issues and market changes.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Manage client communications, expectations, satisfaction, and issue resolution or escalation.
  • Work with internal teams such as IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to improve program support and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Technical experience with energy efficiency, energy efficiency audits, or related technologies is desired.
  • Strong project management skills, including establishing job and work process flows.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and stay within budget.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Positive, action-oriented, collaborative, and client-service-focused mindset.
  • Technical understanding of building science or building systems such as ductwork, HVAC, or building envelope systems is a plus.
