Description

  • Advise Sales and Customer Success on positioning Professional Services and articulating the value of services to customers.
  • Own pre-sales activities including customer discovery, solutioning, and proposal development for Professional Services.
  • Lead customer discovery workshops and pilots to define business value, delivery scope, and effort estimates.
  • Align with sales leadership on priority accounts and support the healthy growth of the services pipeline and bookings.
  • Retain and nurture client relationships after engagements to surface and act on new opportunities.
  • Navigate partner ecosystem relationships across shared accounts.
  • Develop repeatable AI-native customer solutions aligned with the Miro platform and stay current on related features.
  • Contribute to the development of professional services offerings and delivery methodologies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Consultants to support successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project teams during the full engagement lifecycle where needed and proactively manage delivery risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting or service delivery experience at a SaaS or related company supporting transformation, innovation, and change initiatives with Fortune 500 clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales environment shaping and scoping large, complex services engagements.
  • Experience working in a client advisory role with strong written and verbal communication skills and executive-level presence.
  • Strong background in change management and the ability to navigate and lead organizational transformations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects with cross-functional partners and customers without direct authority.
  • Experience leveraging AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to support customer solutions.
  • Familiarity with MCP and low/no-code tooling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tooling and product/service development workflows is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25%.
  • Highly proactive, strategic, and customer-outcome oriented.
