Description

  • Manage and resolve HR tickets and cases within established service-level agreements using HR case management tools.
  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, leave, PTO, employment verification, performance, recognition, compensation, and other HR matters.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate HR centers of excellence or HR business partners.
  • Track, monitor, close, and document cases accurately while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update HR knowledge content to support employee self-service.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire documentation, background checks, Form I-9 completion, and employee file setup.
  • Assist with employee changes such as job changes, compensation updates, address changes, and Workday transaction troubleshooting.
  • Answer employee questions about benefits, eligibility, open enrollment, life event documentation, and payroll issues.
  • Support HR policy compliance activities, including I-9 audits, policy acknowledgments, and annual compliance requirements.
  • Assist with HR programs, documentation, service delivery process improvements, change management, and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, people services, or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or a similar HR case management platform preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR processes, employee inquiries, or case management in a centralized service model preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
  • Experience with payroll, benefits, leave, or compliance support is preferred.
