Description

  • Lead consultative enterprise sales cycles from discovery and qualification through close.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across operations, PMO, finance, delivery, IT, procurement, and legal.
  • Map buying committees and build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts.
  • Run structured deal processes and manage complex negotiations, including procurement and security reviews.
  • Deliver clear, story-led demos that translate operational challenges into compelling product value.
  • Advise prospects on workflow design, adoption, rollout strategy, and implementation approaches.
  • Quantify business impact and operational ROI for enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and product teams on strategic opportunities.
  • Help define enterprise pricing, packaging, positioning, qualification criteria, and ICP.
  • Contribute to repeatable enterprise sales playbooks and feedback loops into product and marketing.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience closing complex deals in the £20k–£250k+ range.
  • Background in enterprise, strategic accounts, or consultative sales.
  • Experience navigating procurement, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Experience selling to agencies, consultancies, engineering firms, or project-based businesses is a plus.
  • Strong consultative mindset and ability to diagnose before prescribing.
  • Ability to deliver compelling demos of complex workflows in a simple way.
  • Commercial understanding of pricing strategy, deal structure, and negotiation dynamics.
  • Comfort engaging credibly with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Operations, Finance leaders, and IT teams.
  • Builder mentality with interest in shaping an early enterprise function and giving candid feedback.
