Description

  • Own a portfolio of accounts as the primary point of contact from onboarding through renewal.
  • Guide customers through complex, data-intensive compliance and reporting workflows related to EPR and packaging regulations.
  • Project manage multiple accounts in parallel against strict regulatory deadlines while coordinating with Product, Delivery, and Enablement teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholder levels through structured cadences such as QBRs and health reviews.
  • Own the full renewal cycle, including forecasting, risk management, and closing renewals on time.
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across compliance and plastic recovery product lines.
  • Work with large data sets to surface customer insights, monitor submission accuracy, and flag issues early.
  • Maintain accurate account data, health scores, and renewal forecasts in the CS platform and CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role with direct accountability for retention and growth.
  • Experience managing customers through compliance, regulatory, or data-intensive workflows with hard deadlines.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • An AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve customer interactions.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with evolving processes, products, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex regulatory or technical concepts.
  • Remote work is available, with a preference for candidates located in New York or on the East Coast.
  • If based in New York City, the role requires 3 days per week in the NYC office at 1460 Broadway.
