Description

  • Support onboarding and activation of Strategic Business Segment customers by integrating Amazon and Walmart accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer goals into structured campaign strategies aligned to business KPIs.
  • Assist in rebuilding and optimizing campaign structures for scalability and best-practice alignment.
  • Monitor account performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights that support measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver performance reporting and business reviews that connect platform activity to customer results.
  • Support customer conversations by reinforcing strategic recommendations, product adoption, and value realization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure strong execution.
  • Work toward taking full ownership of enterprise customer relationships within the first six months.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, ideally within eCommerce or ad tech.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart is required.
  • Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, including campaign structure, keyword targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as ROAS and ACOS, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a customer portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills for engaging internal stakeholders and customer teams.
  • Motivation to grow into a strategic, customer-facing role with responsibility for retention and expansion.
  • Background check required after a conditional offer of employment.
  • Experience with eCommerce or ad tech is preferred.
