Description

  • Strengthen and grow relationships and opportunities within a portfolio of typically 5-10 enterprise accounts.
  • Own renewal and growth outcomes for accounts in the assigned portfolio.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for client accounts and respond to requests promptly and professionally.
  • Pitch product roadmaps and identify opportunities to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Stay current on each account’s business priorities to identify short- and long-term opportunities for Bazaarvoice.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as brainstorming and strategy sessions with clients.
  • Translate performance data into compelling narratives that communicate Bazaarvoice’s value.
  • Attend and host relationship-building and networking events.
  • Use strong client relationships and product results to generate referrals for new business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing large recurring enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and growing trusting, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at large enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication skills with a charismatic and exceptional communication style.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Strong brainstorming, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus.
  • Deeply analytical mindset with an interest in working with data.
  • Comfort working with a complex technical product.
  • Energetic, positive, and solutions-first approach.
  • Self-directed, hard-working, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
  • Strong ownership mindset and a bias toward action.
  • Background check required as part of the final selection process, with prior written consent.
