Description

  • Provide technical support and product information to respond to client inquiries and solve customer issues.
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with customers and internal teams to support growth and service delivery.
  • Work with vendor manufacturer representatives to stay current on technical product updates and market programs.
  • Communicate company promotions, programs, and pricing within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with finance and credit teams to help keep customer account balances within company credit guidelines.
  • Participate in sales and product training, company meetings, and ongoing product learning.
  • Maintain accurate client contact information to support marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager on a personal professional development plan and complete assigned development activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in structural or professional pest management.
  • College or university undergraduate degree.
  • French/English bilingualism is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen to client needs and present to individuals and small groups.
  • Outgoing, energetic, persistent, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a home office.
  • Trustworthy and professional with a business casual appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record search.
