Description

  • Understand client requirements through discovery sessions and design bespoke solutions aligned with business needs and technical constraints.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to each client’s industry and challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to develop proposals, solution architectures, scopes of work, and implementation timelines.
  • Provide technical validation on product capabilities, integration strategies, and deployment best practices.
  • Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and sales presentations during the pursuit process.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory impacts to position Egen effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales and support project scoping and risk assessment.
  • Represent Egen in industry forums, webinars, and client workshops as a subject matter expert.
  • Support delivery initialization and continue assisting the delivery team during engagements, including serving as a strategic delivery resource for key pursuits and accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales support.
  • Proven experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) or in a role combining technical sales/consulting with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Egen’s priority go-to-market industries and their business and technical challenges.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
  • Experience developing proposals, including RFP/RFI responses.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
