Description

  • Manage inbound daily sales calls and convert customer inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain a 60% or better closing rate and convert at least 25% of call-ins into the Year Round Protection Plan.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly baseline sales targets and KPIs.
  • Use the company’s 6-step inside sales approach to handle sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on proposed, open, and sold orders within 24 hours.
  • Re-solicit single-purchase customers to move them into the Year Round Protection Plan.
  • Execute residential campaigns for new and existing customers.
  • Support outbound and SMS campaigns as needed based on inbound volume.
  • Assist with other campaigns during non-peak months when required.
  • Maintain call volume standards of 12-15 calls per hour and achieve an average monthly call quality score above 75%.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of successful experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
  • 1+ years of call center experience.
  • Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • College Diploma or University Degree in business, administrative, or accounting field preferred, or equivalent experience.
