Description

  • Manage inbound daily sales calls and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Meet or exceed baseline sales targets and monthly performance goals.
  • Maintain a 60% or better closing rate and convert 25% or more of call-ins to the Year Round Protection Plan.
  • Execute the Inside Sales 6-Step Sales Approach and the company’s sales process.
  • Follow up on proposed, open, and sold orders within 24 hours.
  • Conduct re-solicitation calls to convert single-purchase customers into year-round protection plans.
  • Execute residential campaigns for both new and existing customers.
  • Support outbound calling and SMS campaigns as needed based on inbound volume.
  • Assist with non-inbound campaigns during non-peak months when required.
  • Maintain call quality standards and handle 12-15 calls per hour while multitasking effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of successful experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
  • 1+ years of call center experience.
  • Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required.
  • College diploma or university degree in business, administrative, or accounting fields preferred, or equivalent experience.
