Description

Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney’s digital products and front-end channels.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to turn business goals into user-centric designs and high-impact product features.
Conduct user research and usability testing, then iterate on designs based on findings.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs using tools such as Figma.
Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization.
Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth.
Contribute to designs that improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech-driven industries.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital or mobile design projects with measurable outcomes.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills to explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in UX/UI principles, user research, and scalable design systems.
Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Experience in fintech or banking is preferred.
