Description

  • Design clean, intuitive dashboard experiences that improve patient engagement and reduce friction across the treatment journey.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets using Figma or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure dashboard designs align with Releaf’s brand identity, tone, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth, clinical teams, developers, and the CTO to implement design solutions.
  • Plan, run, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Build test variants using software tools, low-code editors, or basic HTML/CSS where needed.
  • Develop clear hypotheses, test plans, and measurable success criteria for experiments.
  • Carry out pre-launch and post-launch QA to ensure stability and data accuracy.
  • Use analytics and behaviour tools to identify drop-off points and surface actionable insights.
  • Produce regular reporting on test outcomes, retention metrics, and design performance for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Background in product design or UX design.
  • Experience with A/B testing and user experience research.
  • Strong understanding of how design decisions affect retention and lifetime value.
  • Experience translating behavioural data and user feedback into design decisions.
  • Confidence presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned.
  • Experience in a fast-paced digital health or fintech environment is ideal.
  • Evidence of UX changes you have driven and the impact they had.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Figma, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, PostHog, GA4, and Hotjar/Clarity, or similar tools.
