Description

  • Manage and enhance the data warehouse environment, including DDS/CDM layers.
  • Develop BI assets such as dashboards and other reporting solutions in Power BI.
  • Control data quality and resolve issues affecting DWH key entities.
  • Fix and restore data for key data warehouse entities as needed.
  • Support integration of data sources into the warehouse and reporting stack.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business units including Sales, Risk, Data Science, and Operations.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support their development.
  • Document BI standards and contribute to data governance practices.
  • Oversee task delivery through Jira and maintain data monitoring tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, or Computer Science; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in banking or fintech.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture.
  • Knowledge of banking platforms, including ABS.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and Russian.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum (nice to have).
  • Experience with real-time data monitoring and risk analytics (nice to have).
