Description

  • Analyze datasets and translate raw data into actionable insights that support business improvement.
  • Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements.
  • Review training data quality, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide translations and contextual understanding to ensure data aligns with language and cultural nuances.
  • Offer recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
  • Research and analyze data for various entities, tools, and datasets introduced through on-the-job training.
  • Work within a task-based workflow where assignments are completed as they become available.
  • Communicate and coordinate through WhatsApp, email, or Slack after onboarding through the client portal.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Catalan for reading and writing, with proficiency in reading, writing, and/or speaking required.
  • Proficiency in English and Catalan language.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Experience with data labeling and manipulation techniques, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data quality issues.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and good Wi-Fi access during working hours.
  • Own device such as a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Availability to work in IST, preferably from 8am IST onward.
  • Experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or related technology fields is beneficial.
  • Certification as a Linguist is a plus.
  • Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor through Deel.com and provide required onboarding documentation.
