Description

  • Deliver high-quality on-site and virtual professional learning for educators and stakeholders.
  • Develop deep expertise in Renaissance solutions and key concepts.
  • Guide educators in using data to improve student outcomes and inform instruction.
  • Tailor learning experiences to customer needs, context, and audience.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Align Renaissance solutions to state and district requirements.
  • Lead special projects and internal initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Adapt communication and facilitation approach based on audience needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development, with K–12 experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% during peak seasons.
  • Strong consultative, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Nearpod.
  • Strong technical skills with presentation and virtual tools.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them.
  • Experience using assessment tools to support differentiated instruction.
  • Ability to maintain a professional presence in all interactions.
  • Preferred experience successfully implementing Renaissance solutions such as Freckle, myON, Star 360, Accelerated Reader, myIGDI’s, Fastbridge, DnA, eduCLIMBER, Renaissance Analytics, Renaissance Fundamentals, or Nearpod.
  • Preferred bilingual Spanish skills.
  • Preferred experience with MTSS and AI.
  • Preferred background knowledge in foundational literacy, Science of Reading, dual language programming, social and emotional behavioral assessments, and data analysis.
