Description

  • Develop and execute strategy for sales technology initiatives across the go-to-market organization.
  • Optimize the sales technology stack to improve adoption and support revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts focused on sales technology solutions.
  • Build and scale the team in line with organizational growth.
  • Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales Leadership on integrated technology solutions.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales teams and technical resources.
  • Collaborate with regions and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and sales productivity.
  • Design, pilot, and deliver tools that streamline key sales activities and improve rep productivity.
  • Own user communications, training, awareness, and program measurement to drive tool utilization.
  • Evaluate and optimize the tech stack, maintain vendor relationships, and implement enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales technology, or business systems analysis.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading business analyst teams.
  • Deep expertise with CRM platforms and the sales technology ecosystem.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, BI, Outreach, and Highspot.
  • Proven track record of successful technology implementations and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to create development opportunities, coach individuals, and stretch team members beyond their comfort zones.

  • Base salary range of $120,500 to $150,500.
  • Additional bonus opportunity for hitting targets.
