Description

Develop and execute strategy for sales technology initiatives across the go-to-market organization.
Optimize the sales technology stack to improve adoption and support revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts focused on sales technology solutions.
Build and scale the team in line with organizational growth.
Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales Leadership on integrated technology solutions.
Serve as the liaison between sales teams and technical resources.
Collaborate with regions and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and sales productivity.
Design, pilot, and deliver tools that streamline key sales activities and improve rep productivity.
Own user communications, training, awareness, and program measurement to drive tool utilization.
Evaluate and optimize the tech stack, maintain vendor relationships, and implement enhancements.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales technology, or business systems analysis.
3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading business analyst teams.
Deep expertise with CRM platforms and the sales technology ecosystem.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, BI, Outreach, and Highspot.
Proven track record of successful technology implementations and change management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to create development opportunities, coach individuals, and stretch team members beyond their comfort zones.

Benefits

Base salary range of $120,500 to $150,500.
Additional bonus opportunity for hitting targets.
