Description

  • Gather and clarify stakeholder requirements, turning ambiguous input into structured specifications with acceptance criteria.
  • Deliver requirements to engineers, answer questions, and maintain clear scope throughout execution.
  • Build test plans and pass/fail criteria, then run or coordinate testing before release.
  • Verify delivered features against original requirements and sign off on what ships.
  • Present completed work back to stakeholders and secure final acceptance.
  • Maintain a clear record of specifications, changes, testing, and delivered outcomes across projects.
  • Track status, blockers, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Use AI tools to speed up documentation and QA work while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or a similar role, ideally in a software or AI environment.
  • Ability to turn stakeholder conversations into clear specs with testable acceptance criteria.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering for requirements documentation and AI-assisted QA.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based QA testing, or a strong interest in learning quickly.
  • Comfort with task management tools such as Trello, Linear, or Asana, including dependency tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Technical literacy to discuss APIs, data, and system design with engineers without an engineering background.
  • Exposure to legal tech, proptech, or logistics and shipping software is a plus.
  • Experience running formal QA or UAT cycles in a production environment is a plus.
  • Growth potential toward Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Project Coordinator, or Client Services leadership roles.
