Description

  • Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project or a similar system and distribute updates to study team members.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and file meeting materials in the Trial Master File.
  • Perform CTMS activities including milestone tracking, contact list updates, enrollment projections, and help desk ticket submission.
  • Prepare, assign, and document study-specific training and maintain training records.
  • Establish and manage study-level SharePoint sites or similar shared workspaces with appropriate access.
  • Create project-specific email boxes and manage access for study team members.
  • Manage user access to study systems and document periodic access reviews.
  • Order study supplies and initial study binders, and coordinate binder preparation and shipping.
  • Maintain study trackers and send communications to sites, investigators, and other stakeholders as directed.
  • Support distribution and tracking of safety reports, translation of site documents, study material reconciliation, and study reports/updates as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, and independent planning.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Commitment to professional conduct consistent with Precision Principles.
