Description

  • Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project or a similar system, including documenting and distributing updates to the study team.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and file records in the Trial Master File.
  • Perform study administration tasks in the Clinical Trial Management System, including milestone tracking, contact list updates, enrolment projections, and helpdesk ticket submission.
  • Prepare, assign, and document study-specific training and maintain training records; identify gaps and escalate as needed.
  • Establish and maintain study-level SharePoint or similar shared workspaces with appropriate access for stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project-specific email boxes and user access to study systems.
  • Order study supplies and initial study binders, and coordinate binder preparation and shipping.
  • Maintain study trackers and support communications to sites, investigators, sponsors, vendors, and project leadership.
  • Support the distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS as needed.
  • Assist with study material preparation, distribution, reconciliation, and study report updates as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong customer service demeanor with flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
  • Commitment to performing professionally consistent with Precision Principles.
